* Orders and shipping

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped directly from Korea to ensure fresh and authentic products.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States (except for Hawaii, Guam, Saipan), Australia, Germany, France, England (UK), Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam.

How long does shipping take?

  • Standard (K-Packet): 2-3 weeks
  • Express (FEDEX): 3-5 business days
    Shipping times may vary due to customs processing or holiday delays.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your choice ($9.49 for Standard, $20.99 for Express). We also offer free shipping on eligible orders (Free standard shipping for over $87, free Express shipping for over $129)!

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

  • Canada: No duties for orders under CAD $150.
  • US: No duties for orders under USD $800.
  • Australia: No duties for orders under AUD $1,000.
    Duties may apply if your order exceeds these limits.
  • Other countries: Please check the customs organization website in your country for information.

How can I track my order?

You can see the tracking number and URL in your order list as soon as the shipment of your order is handed over to the carrier. Also, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

I chose standard shipping. Why is my order sent by express service?

Even though you set the shipping method to K-Packet, your order might be shipped by Express due to its high weight or other reasons.

 

* Products & Authenticity

Are your products authentic?

Yes! We source all products directly from official Korean brands and distributors to guarantee 100% authenticity.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Almost all of our brands are cruelty-free. Please check individual product descriptions for details.

How do I check product ingredients?

Each product page includes a full ingredient list. If you have specific concerns, feel free to contact us.

How long is the product's expiration?

Most of the products we carry have a shelf life of one year or more. If a product is discontinued or out of stock on the brand side, we may ship a product with a shorter shelf life.

I received the products that look different from the product picture.

If the delivered product is renewed without further notice, it cannot be returned.

If the brand suddenly renews a product, product photos and actual products may differ. There are only differences in packaging and wording, but we check that it is the same product and send it out, so refunds are not possible in this case.

 

* Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any items.

What if my order arrived damaged or wrong?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at info@honey-glowbeautyshop.com with photos within 7 days of receiving your order.

We need a photo of the attached shipping waybill, a photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill attached, and a photo of the entire product in question. Please do not throw away your original waybills and boxes as they may be needed upon return.

What level of damage can be accepted for a refund?

If the shipping box and packaging of an item are damaged, we won't treat it as damaged if there's nothing wrong with the item itself.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! Sign up for our newsletter to get 10% discounts on the total price on any items store wide. Discount will be automatically applied when you check out.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available for purchase in various amounts.
