The Cleansing Perfecta is specially formulated mineral oil free deep cleanser targeted at all skin types to remove waterproof make-up. Using a hypo-allergenic silicon formula that gently melts away stubborn make-up such as BB Cream, Sun Block and waterproof foundation. REMOVE WATERPROOF MAKEUPThoroughly removes all traces of waterproof makeup, BB cream and sunblock. How to use

Use the inside of the curved brush to thoroughly weep upward along the lashes from root to tip.
